Refunds and net profit now match Amazon more closely

Refunds now subtract the fees Amazon gives back, and both P&L tabs show the same net profit.

When a buyer gets a refund, Amazon gives back part of the referral fee it charged you. Refunds now subtract that returned fee, so they show what you actually gave back. Refunds go down and net profit goes up by the same amount.

P&L by SKU now counts promotions and Other income (mostly reimbursements for stock lost or damaged in Amazon's warehouse) in net profit, the way P&L by Period already does. Both tabs now show the same net profit for the same dates. Saved monthly snapshots are recalculated the same way.
