Inventory
Always know what you have, what it cost, and what's left.
Live FBA stock, replenishment layers, and true landed cost in one view.
Built for
Sellers who want their on-hand, in-transit, and cost-per-unit numbers to agree without a spreadsheet.
The gist
Inventory syncs your live Amazon FBA quantities and tracks every replenishment from purchase through sale. See available and on-hand stock next to landed cost per unit, with reconciliation alerts when the numbers drift.
Why it matters
- Live quantities you can trust, synced on your command
- Landed cost per unit, tracked layer by layer (FIFO)
- Drift alerts when your counts and Amazon's disagree
- Prep and hazmat flags that follow the item into every manifest
Put it to work
- Browse and search synced inventory; filter by channel, status, or location
- Add items to new and existing manifests to create shipments directly from your inventory
- Open an item to see its replenishment layers, units remaining, and landed cost ordered by when you purchased them
- Catch reconciliation drift on the Alerts tab before it bites
- Export your inventory for review, or import inventory from other systems to quickly update your costs
What you'll need
A connected Amazon seller account (for live sync).
Quick answers
Is the sync automatic?
There is a regular, scheduled sync twice daily. You can also trigger a two-way sync on demand so you control when quantities refresh.
What is "landed cost per unit," and how is it different from Buy Cost or COGS?
Buy Cost is what you paid for each unit.
Landed Cost Per Unit can include the Buy Cost plus extra costs needed to get that unit ready to sell, like prep, inbound shipping, or other purchase-related costs. This is optional. If you only want to track Buy Cost, you can leave the extra cost fields blank.
COGS means Cost of Goods Sold. It is the cost tied to units after they sell, usually based on the Buy Cost or Landed Cost you recorded for that inventory.
Does it handle Walmart?
The model is platform-neutral. Amazon FBA is live today; Walmart WFS is planned for the near future.
