Track Shipments

Every inbound shipment, in one place, live.

Plans you built here and plans you made in Seller Central or other tools, tracked side by side.

Built for

Sellers tracking inventory by shipment status, or validating that a shipment was picked up by the carrier when using a third party for logistics.

The gist

Track Shipments shows every inbound plan to Amazon, whether you built it in or outside of MarketMonster. Statuses update live as shipments move, and new shipments are discovered automatically.

Why it matters

  • One board for in-house and externally-created shipments
  • Live status with no refresh, from Created to Closed
  • Shipments made anywhere are pulled in automatically, no manual entry
  • Multi-FC plans rolled up cleanly, including mixed-status views

Put it to work

  • Watch shipments across Active, Closed, and Cancelled tabs
  • Filter by origin (built here vs created outside MarketMonster)
  • Open a shipment for its destinations, status, and unit count
  • Download a shipment's packing list or share a link with your team
  • Print labels directly from this page
  • Cancel problem shipments and receive a refund from Amazon, as long as it's in the cancellation window

Quick answers

Will it find shipments I made in Seller Central or my previous tool?

Yes. Opening the page kicks off a background discovery sync and the rows arrive with their current statuses.

What does MIXED status mean?

A multi-shipment plan whose shipments are in different states. Sometimes one shipment is processed before others.

How fresh is the status?

Updates stream live; there is also a periodic fallback refresh if the live connection drops.
