Clearer costs. Smoother shipment prep.

Clearer costs. Smoother shipment prep.

October 12–18, 2026

This week: easier purchase corrections, clearer financial reports, and better guidance while preparing your next manifest.

Purchases & inventory

  • Know where each purchase came from. Purchase rows now show their source. Select Needs cost to jump straight into entering a buy cost. Cost changes update profit on affected sales, and purchase dates stay on the day you entered.
  • Bring your cost history across with fewer duplicates. Imports can replace eligible automatic purchase rows while preserving their shipped units. Imported stock now contributes correctly to Received.
  • Shipped counts follow placement acceptance. Units move to Shipped when you accept placement. Closing or archiving a manifest no longer changes those counts; cancelling the inbound plan reverses the corresponding units.
  • Understand your Received count. Inventory now explains when shipped or completed units exceed recorded receipts. The Received > 0 filter also matches the stock count shown.

Financial reports & order sync

  • Corrected financial calculations. Fixed how payouts, refunds, and reimbursement reversals affect reports. Repeated finance syncs no longer duplicate unsettled transactions.
  • See when advertising data is incomplete. Ad Spend now displays Not settled yet or settlement coverage dates, helping you distinguish missing spend from zero spend.
  • Order sync keeps its place. Interrupted syncs resume without skipping unfinished periods. Older orders continue loading within the available history window.

Manifest prep & placement

  • Review prep changes before applying them. Changes that remove prep assigned by Amazon now ask for confirmation and explain what would change.
  • Pack Last shows the right step at the right time. Boxes and box checks appear after you accept placement.
  • Get more context for placement options. When no Amazon-optimized option appears, packing guidance can identify items in fewer than five identical boxes. Amazon still determines which options are offered.
  • Keep carrier choices consistent. Carrier preferences save independently and stay fixed while confirmation is underway or after transportation is confirmed.

A few finishing touches

We strengthened permission checks for financial data, inventory changes, and Amazon connections. You’ll also find refreshed homepage demos, clearer empty states, and a Clear filters action when an inventory search has no matches.
